Excellent question:
→ This is online coaching, not just generic workouts. You get 1-1 guidance, accountability and personalised help.
→ Recovery + mobility work to keep you on the mats
→ Help navigating competition prep, scheduling + cycle syncing
→ There’s no big team (or bots) behind the scenes - it’s just me, coaching every member
I want to make sure I can give each of you the best guidance and support possible, so you get real results. Science based strength training from a coach who has 13 years experience and is actively researching principles through a PhD pathway
Best thing - you can try the group coaching for 7 days completely free with no contracts - you literally have nothing to lose and everything to gain

A: No. Exercise swaps are included for limited equipment, however for best results some gym equipment is beneficial, after all we are trying to get strong for a sport which involves yeeting people around the mat, the stronger we can get, the better and lifting weights is the easiest way to do this
A: You’ll be guided step by step. Everything is beginner-friendly, however I recommend starting on the white belt program or the 2 day full body split program
A: This program is built to complement, not compete with, your jiujitsu training, with different split options available I will set you up with the perfect program for your goals and schedule
A: Yes. There’s no lock-in contract with the group coaching (VIP has a 12 week minimum) — but we think you’ll want to stay anyway
A: After you sign up you will receive an email with further instruction, you can access your workouts through the Ready to Roll app (download on iOS and GooglePlay)
No, the group coaching will give you access to the programs written specifically for BJJ practitioners, with programs to choose from which suit your level and schedule. You can then further customise them through swaps with my guidance. If you want a completely personalised program you can pop your name on the VIP waitlist for a personalised plan.
