FAQs

Q: Do I need gym access?

A: No. Exercise swaps are included for limited equipment, however for best results some gym equipment is beneficial, after all we are trying to get strong for a sport which involves yeeting people around the mat, the stronger we can get, the better and lifting weights is the easiest way to do this

Q: What if I’m a beginner to lifting?

A: You’ll be guided step by step. Everything is beginner-friendly. I recommend starting on the white belt program

Q: What if I train BJJ multiple times a week?

A: This program is built to complement, not compete with, your jiujitsu training, with different split options available I can help you find the perfect program for your goals and schedule

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: Yes. There’s no lock-in (aside from VIP which has a 6 week minimum) — but we think you’ll want to stay anyway

Q: Is there an app to go with the programs?

A: Yep, After you join you will get an email with a link to the app stores (both apple and google)

Q: Is this just more generic programs being marketed as custom?

No, the main membership will give you access to the programs written specifically for BJJ practitioners, with programs to choose from which suit your level and schedule. You can then further customise them through swaps with my guidance. If you want a completely personalised program you can pop your name on the VIP waitlist for a personalised plan.

Roxanne Smith

With a Bachelors Degree in Sport Science, over 13 years experience as a strength coach and currently undertaking a PhD on strength training for women, Roxanne has a host of knowledge.

Not someone who was naturally flexible or strong she has applied her own knowledge and gained all achievements as an adult so she knows exactly what it takes to become strong and flexible as an adult.
