Roxanne Smith

With a Bachelors Degree in Sport Science, over 12 years experience as a strength coach and currently undertaking post graduate study on strength training for women in perimenopause, Roxanne has a host of knowledge.

Not someone who was naturally flexible or strong she has applied her own knowledge and gained all achievements as an adult so she knows exactly what it takes to become strong and flexible as an adult.

With 5 years experience on the mats, transferring her extensive knowledge of strength and mobility to Jiujitsu was an organic transition

FAQs

Q: Do I need gym access?

A: No. Exercise swaps are included for limited equipment, however for best results some gym equipment is beneficial, after all we are trying to get strong for a sport which involves yeeting people around the mat, the stronger we can get, the better and lifting weights is the easiest way to do this

Q: What if I’m a beginner to lifting?

A: You’ll be guided step by step. Everything is beginner-friendly with form support on the VIP membership

Q: What if I train BJJ multiple times a week?

A: This program is built to complement, not compete with, your jiujitsu training, with different split options available I can help you find the perfect program for your goals and schedule

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: Yes. There’s no lock-in (aside from VIP which has a 6 week minimum) — but we think you’ll want to stay anyway

Q: Can I find the app on the app store?

A: You sure can! Please join above and only download the app from the app stores once you have purchased your subscription

Q: Can I access the coach on the Essentials and Elevate plan?

Yes! But you won't receive the 1:1 private coaching, custom programs or advice around scheduling etc. However you can post all these on the FB page for group coaching and Roxi will answer all questions on the FB page
