A: No. Exercise swaps are included for limited equipment, however for best results some gym equipment is beneficial
A: You’ll be guided step by step. Everything is beginner-friendly with form support on the VIP membership
A: This program is built to complement, not compete with, your jiujitsu training, with different split options available I can help you find the perfect program for your goals and schedule
A: Yes. There’s no lock-in (aside from VIP which has a 6 week minimum) — but we think you’ll want to stay anyway
