Hi, I'm Roxi
I didn't start strength training properly until my early 30s and now, a decade later I am the strongest and most flexible I have ever been!

Building end-range strength
It's all good and well being flexible, but are you also strong? Building strength in your full range will not only help to avoid injury (but also get you out of sticky situations such as helping you to manoeuvre your hips to retain your guard/escape mount/maintain mount more easily!)
