Can I do this program with my other strength or Yoga programs?

You can, but you absolutely don't need to and I actually recommend against it. These programs have everything you need to build a strong, resilient, flexible and robust body for Jiujitsu without becoming under recovered and burning out.

I am a male - can I still do the program?

Yes! While I love to look after the female community, men are also welcome to join

I have a competition coming up - can you help me schedule for this?

What program options are there?

You can choose the program based on YOUR goals, time and equipment. Improve your guard, upper body strength, endurance and power as well as flexibility and mobility. With plenty of programs to choose from and just message Roxi directly through the private chat in the app with any questions or to change your program at any time

Can I do this plan at home?

You will need access to some weights: dumbbells/kettlebells a band and some yoga blocks. These programs are designed with minimal equipment in mind and all programs have swappable exercises to find a suitable one for your equipment

Are the programs available worldwide?

Yes!

How do I access the program?

Via your app. Your personal program will be available on your dashboard and in your profile

Is this a subscription based program?

Yes I offer both subscription based programs as well as one off payments for the some programs.

Is this program good for beginners?

The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym you can message me at any time within the app and I can work closely with you to achieve your goals

Do the workouts stay the same every day?

No, the workouts stay the same for 6 weeks at a time.  This is to allow enough time to get used to the workouts (when you first start a program it can be a little more time consuming as you watch the videos) and then allow you to progress at the movements and apply the progressive overload
